Every board that leaves our factory gets a thorough inspection at every stage of its construction to make sure it meets or exceeds our high standards, and your expectations. We know what makes a quality board and make sure you benefit from it when you ride a Wind Obsession. This is why our boards are built by passionate people in our own factory.

We stand by our principles and guarantee that your Wind Obsession boards are free of any defects or damage caused by workmanship or materials, for the duration of 12 months after purchase date.

Now here is the necessary fine print:

Wind Obsession's Limited Warranty commitment does not cover any other claim conditions such as;

• Damage or defects caused by, collisions, abuse, misuse or accidental damage.
• Damage or defects caused by impact with any material or object.
• Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, out of water handling or similar.
• Damage or defects caused by flat landings.
• Damage or defects caused by the use of a larger fin than specified.
• Damage or defects caused by storage of the board in closed, damp conditions (for example a wet board bag or humid storage room).
• Damage or defects caused by storage or transport of the board with a closed air-valve.
• Damage or defects caused by alterations or modifications.
• Damage or defects caused by repairs.
• Damage or defects caused by exposure to temperatures over 70 and under 0 degrees Celsius.
• Damage or defects caused by natural cause, such as earthquake, fires etc.
• Damage or defects caused by usage of the board after a claim is reported.

If you believe your board have defects related to manufacturing faults:

Contact your dealer without delay. Your board must be returned to the shop where it was purchased for immediate inspection. Make sure all the details and questions asked by your dealer are correctly answered to avoid additional delays.
