When you get on a Wind Obsession board and take it for a spin, you realize we practice what we preach. We have developed specific shapes, purpose-built models that will increase your fun on the water.

Even though we're bigger than when we started 20 years ago, we still use a hands-on approach.

We do this through an intense R&D program, from lab testing with aerospace engineers, to testing boards on the water all over the globe. We invest heavily in quality control and high construction standards. Each board is hand-built down to the small details. To build our boards, we only use the very best material available like aerospace-grade carbon and brand name components like Chinook boxes.

Even though we're bigger than we were when we started 20 years ago, we still employ the same hands on approach we did then. We simply evolved and learned a lot in the process. The noises from our board factory can be heard right in our offices. Come to think of it, our shaping room actually is our most important office space.

All of this is why we are a semi-custom board manufacturer. It's why we're not huge and we're not trying to be. It's why we're not pumping out tens of thousands of boards a year.
